With so many odds against the success of this property such as location and the adjacent competition of ‘Brand’ new hotel developments, Fine Hospitality began its race by correlating amongst neighboring demand generators. We established relations with the nearby Air Force base, resulting in being the preferred lodging partner amongst military families. Our team also associated ourselves with Nellis Raceway and became the favored choice during their events.
