Tamer Salieb is a versatile and results-driven leader with 15 years in the hospitality industry.  Tamer has shared his passion for the industry through mentoring and directing teams at a variety of brand hotels, such as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, IHG, Best Western International, Choice Hotels, Wyndham, and G6.  At the core of his work ethic is the importance of doing what you enjoy and success will follow.  His positivity and excellent leadership skills motivate Tamer to continue serving the hospitality industry; a place that has offered him countless opportunities.

Tamer’s hospitality career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Qatar in 2005 as an Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing. After gaining valuable experience, he progressed to Director of Sales and Marketing at Movenpick Resort Red Sea - Egypt in 2010 and two years later was promoted to Assistant General Manager. Tamer appreciates the diversity of the industry and of the guests he meets seeing every encounter as an opportunity for growth.

In 2017, Tamer joined Fine Hospitably Group (FHG) as a General Manager of Motel 6 - Hesperia, CA. He earned the FHG “General Manager of the Year” for his commitment to excellence in all areas of hotel management at the 99-room property. Tamer achieved and maintained top performance in delivering yearly growth for STR reports, gross operating profit, and guest experience scores. Consistent delivery in the above areas, coupled with his dedication and commitment to the principles of hotel management, contributed to his achieving the highest average score for performance reviews in all four quarters of 2017. Tamer was promoted to Director of Quality and Task Force in May 2018. His natural inclination to train, coach, and motivate helps operational teams across the company’s portfolio deliver the highest levels of guest service, loyalty, culture, and quality control. He focuses daily on development assistance for hotel leadership, standards compliance, audits (Quality, Financials, and Inventory), GM on-boarding, GM off-boarding, and special operations projects.
